How Our System Works

STEP 1
You can contact our real estate agent team members and setup your initial consultation – once your agent paperwork is completed your agent will show you how to order your appraisal. The fee is $400 (we accept cash, cashiers check or credit card) REMEMBER this fee is $100% reimbersed by your agent once your home sells!
STEP 2
Create your online account and order your full residential home appraisal. Your appraisal can be purchased online when ordering or in person with the appraiser.
STEP 3
The appraisal team will confirm your order and setup a convenient time to complete the appraisal home inspection.
STEP 4
Once your appraisal is completed – you will be notified and can download your appraisal direct from your online account. We can also email or mail this as well.
STEP 5
Once you receive your appraisal it can be shared with your agent to review and discuss a strategy and initial sale price for your home!

A Full Residential Appraisal - there is no substitute

Your home appraisal is a ”defensible” and carefully documented opinion of value. Most commonly derived using recent sales of comparable properties by a licensed, professional appraiser.It’s very hard to be objective about your own home because of your emotional attachment to it.
